What happens there
In Skopje, the team first learns rag-rug weaving from local weavers.
Then we hold an intergenerational pop-up workshop. Young people weave together with experienced makers, using old fabrics that carry their owners’ memories.
The weavers are credited as holders of living knowledge. With their consent, their stories are recorded in photographs, film and sound.
